Senior Vice President, Operations, Hudson Americas
Debbie Nowicki is Senior Vice President, Operations, for Hudson Americas, where she is tasked with driving the implementation of Project Bloom, a comprehensive business transformation project, and leading the continued evolution of the region’s operations into the future.
Debbie has extensive experience in business transformation and process improvement, achieving consistent success identifying and implementing solutions to reduce costs, increase quality of service and improve financial performance in high volume shared services environments.
Debbie began her career at Waldot, Inc., dba Olsten Staffing Services as part of Olsten Corporation, where she spent 14 years in various positions including Vice President. Debbie joined Hudson from Adecco Solutions where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, MSP Center of Excellence. In that role, she developed capacity utilization models for resource planning and pricing effectiveness, established standard processes and aligned the organization on best practices, which resulted in significant cost savings and increased workload capacity per FTE year over year.
Debbie enjoys volunteer fund raising for organizations such as the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Association, and is involved in Hawks Women’s Ice Hockey and serves as an advisor for United Women’s Hockey League.
Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration from Rider College, in Lawrenceville, NJ, and a master’s degree in information systems and business intelligence, from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. Debbie is based in Hudson’s New York office.
