How we help

We volunteer our time and passion:

Our employees are our most powerful connection to the community and it is through their dedication, passion and expertise that we are best able to serve people in need. Through the Helping Hands volunteer program, every employee is eligible for one additional paid day to donate their time to the community.

We invest through corporate giving:

Each year, we sponsor important initiatives and programs within our focus areas, programs like the Global Summit of Women, which brings together women business owners, executives and government officials from around the world.

Hudson also partners with several organizations that are actively supported by our people in their local communities, including:

  • Books for Kids, an organization that promotes literacy and putting books into the hands of underserved children.
  • The Philadelphia Heart Gallery connects 'hard to place' foster children with adoptive families. Local photographers create portraits of these children to showcase them in a way that their file snapshots do not.

We also allow for in-kind giving in response to natural disasters or other instances of extreme need.
