Hudson values your referrals for our open positions. To show our
appreciation, we will pay you for each candidate you refer to us. There is
no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the number of bonuses you
can earn.
The Program Is Simple
You may refer anyone to Hudson who is not currently in our consultant
database OR anyone who has not been contacted by Hudson within the past 12
months (even if they are listed in our database). It’s easy to refer
someone – simply send the referred individual’s resume to one of our recruiters
using the information on the link below.
After we have received the referred individual’s resume, our recruiters will
follow up to conduct a phone interview with the candidate and check
references. If the candidate meets one of our client’s requirements and
your referral begins an assignment, you will be eligible for a referral
bonus. In the event two people refer the same candidate, the person who
referred the candidate first (based on the date and time we received the resume)
will be eligible for the referral bonus.
How The Bonus Works
Once your referred candidate completes 3 months on a
project, you will receive a referral bonus of $500. To process
the bonus payment, we will need you to complete the necessary paperwork for us
to issue a check and know where to send the payment.
There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can
make or the number of bonuses you can earn!!
This Referral Bonus Program is available within the Hudson IT Practice
only. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the above
program at any time with or without notice. Bonus awards are subject to
Federal income tax law. Agencies are not eligible for this
program.
