What’s the real cost of making a poor senior-level hiring decision?

What’s the real cost of making a poor senior-level hiring decision?

Making a wrong hiring decision at any level of your organization can have cost implications. But making the wrong decision at a senior level can have wider-reaching consequences.

There are the obvious cost implications of making a poor senior hiring decision: recruitment expenses, salary and benefits costs and not to mention the opportunity cost of senior management time spent interviewing. Is Social Media Monitoring the Cure for Manufacturing’s Talent Problem?

Is Social Media Monitoring the Cure for Manufacturing’s Talent Problem?

According to The Skills Gap in U.S. Manufacturing 2015 and Beyond report published by Deloitte and the Manufacturing Institute, “Over the next decade nearly 3 ½ million manufacturing jobs likely need to be filled. The skills gap is expected to result in 2 million of those jobs going unfilled.”
