VP of Human Resources, Americas
Lauren Devine is Vice President of Human Resources for Hudson Americas, a leading provider of specialized recruitment, talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. Lauren leads the areas of performance management, learning & development, employee relations, as well as market insight initiatives. Lauren joined Hudson in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Development where she supported the region’s people strategy specifically in the areas of internal recruitment, talent development & employee engagement. Lauren then moved to a role leading the Talent Management business in the Americas, specifically focused on the delivery of individual and group assessments for clients in our region as well as clients referred from our European colleagues that had assessment needs in the United States. Most recently, Lauren served Vice President Relationship Management for an RPO program, leading the team from program launch through the first 200 hires during a six-month timeframe.
Prior to joining Hudson, Lauren was Vice President of Talent Management for Adecco Solutions, managing the talent strategy for the Managed Services Program business unit, which grew tenfold during her tenure. She also held leadership roles at Adecco US in client solutions delivery, operations and strategic initiatives, supporting internal and external clients. Earlier in her career at Adecco, she had multiple roles in field positions, including recruitment, national account implementation, operations and client services.
Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.
