Vice President of Marketing, Hudson Americas
In 2015, Leah became Vice President of Marketing for Hudson Americas and as such oversaw a brand repositioning and re-definition of services for a regional re-launch. She oversees a comprehensive digital, content and communications strategy. To date, her digital marketing initiatives have resulted in 64% of all retained search leads being generated from the web. Leah launched and authors a quarterly report series called Job Seeker Pulse, the only industry report of its kind that tracks actual online job seeking behaviors, which analyzes and compares the behaviors of Fortune 100 and Middle Market employees by generation and seniority levels. She also co-authored “Fulfilling Talent Objectives In High-Growth Middle Market Companies,” which addresses how to anticipate and diagnose the typical talent challenges for high-growth, mid-market companies.
Leah consults with Hudson’s clients on employer brand development and digital marketing and social advertising recruitment programs to attract candidates. She leads BMW Dealership’s digital recruiting program and has consulted on recruiting and advertising event strategies for a large medical device client. Leah has advised on email marketing content for L'Oreal, KapStone Paper and Starcom Mediavest, which has increased candidate response rates by 20-30%.
Leah also leads marketing for the firm’s global Recruitment Process Outsourcing division. During her tenure, she repositioned the function as global, launched a CRM program and took the group’s website from generating $0 to $6 million within two years.
Previously, Leah was Vice President of Digital Marketing for Hudson globally where she transformed the organization’s digital marketing function. This included the launch of 27 new multilingual sites and the implementation of SEO, CRO, email marketing automation and global LinkedIn training for all recruiters. The efforts increased organic traffic across company websites by 60% YoY and increased new business requests by 135% YoY.
Prior to joining Hudson, Leah launched and ran a digital marketing agency that was named “Woman Owned Business of the Year” by a Chicago-area Chamber of Commerce. She spent 9 years in senior-level marketing roles for Jones Lang LaSalle. Leah has a Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
