E-Discovery Panel & CLE Hosted by POWER
Hudson Legal, in conjunction with co-sponsor Reed Smith LLP, proudly supported the February 2010 e-discovery panel and CLE – Beyond the Basics of E-Discovery: Avoiding Common Pitfalls. POWER, the Pittsburgh Organization of Women in E-Discovery & Record Retention, produced the event, which featured a panel of experts from the project management, technology, and law firm perspectives.
The panel shared their advice and explored best practices to prepare for e-discovery before litigation ensues, to implement an organized action plan, and to review the electronically-stored information (ESI). Following the panel discussion, there was an interactive questions-and-answer session in which the attendees continued to address detailed technology issues, security concerns and trends in e-discovery.
