Rick Gray Moderates Panel at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs

CHICAGO, IL (March 11, 2009) – Hudson’s senior vice president of global communications and marketing Rick Gray will moderate a panel during The Chicago Council on Global Affairs corporate program series titled “Focus on China and India” to be held Monday, March 16, 2009 in Chicago, IL. Hudson is also serving as a corporate sponsor of the council’s program series. This series targets leading executives from the Chicagoland area who are making or contemplating decisions that will be affected by China’s continued rise, in addition to government, academic and civic leaders.

Mr. Gray’s panel will address developing effective and long-term strategies for operating in both counties as engines for global growth, rather than cost savings. With the global recession now causing companies to rethink their international strategies, much can be learned from those who have and are still succeeding in these economic giants.

Joining Mr. Gray on the panel is Anil K Gupta, Ralph J. Tyser professor of strategy and organization at the Smith School of Business, The University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Gupta is the co-author of the book “Getting China and India Right: Strategies for Leveraging the World’s Fastest Growing Economies for Global Advantage.”
